I shot the beautifully located 30 secondes from the surf condominium for RPM, they are specialize in offering the best in vacation rentals, from private luxury homes to inexpensive condos, exclusively in Tamarindo and playa Langosta.

The 15 of September, when everybody was chilling on the beach or enjoying community meeting for independence day I went to shot Boca Raca for Vacation Rentals of Tamarindo, a property management company which I started photographing for one year ago.

I’ve been happy to see that, with the crisis hitting hard the local Real estate market, the property management companies took the place of real estates offices as my best customers… This balance kept me shooting in the condos and beautiful house overlooking Tamarindo bay or Langosta… I won’t complain (so much) about the crisis…
